Getting Started

Truvano is a multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace where buyers can discover products from various vendors, and vendors can sell their products to thousands of customers. We also offer an affiliate program for earning commissions.

Click the "Register" button at the top of the page. Fill in your name, email, and password. Verify your email address, and you're ready to start shopping, selling, or earning as an affiliate!

For buyers, Truvano is completely free. Vendors pay a small monthly subscription fee based on their chosen plan. Affiliates join for free and earn commissions on sales.

For Vendors

Click "Become a Vendor" on the homepage or in your dashboard. Complete the registration form with your business details, choose a subscription plan, and submit for approval. Once approved, you can start listing products.

We offer 4 tiers: Starter (₦2,500/month, up to 20 listings), Pro (₦5,000/month, up to 100 listings), Business (₦10,000/month, up to 500 listings), and Enterprise (₦20,000/month, unlimited listings with dedicated support).

Use our promotion system to feature products at the top of search results and category pages. Featured listings get up to 10x more visibility. You can also run discounts and share affiliate links.

Payments are released to your wallet after the buyer confirms delivery or automatically after 7 days from delivery. Verified vendors may receive faster payouts. You can withdraw to your bank anytime.

For Buyers

Browse the marketplace, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your delivery address, choose a payment method, and confirm your order. You'll receive a confirmation email with order details.

Yes! We hold payments in escrow until you confirm delivery. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, you can open a dispute within 7 days and we'll help resolve it fairly.

Yes! Track your order status in real-time from your dashboard. You'll receive notifications at each stage: order placed, processing, shipped, out for delivery, and delivered.

For Affiliates

Affiliates get unique referral links for products. When someone clicks your link and makes a purchase, you earn 5-15% commission on the sale. Track your earnings in real-time from your affiliate dashboard.

Sign up for a free account, then go to the Affiliate tab in your dashboard to activate your affiliate status. You'll immediately get access to referral links and marketing materials.

Commission payments are processed after the order is completed and the buyer confirms delivery. Funds are credited to your wallet and can be withdrawn once you reach the minimum of ₦1,000.

Payments & Wallet

We support Paystack (debit/credit cards), bank transfers, and Truvano Wallet. All payments are processed securely with SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliance.

Your wallet stores funds for easy checkout, receives earnings (for vendors and affiliates), and handles transfers. Fund your wallet via card or bank transfer, and withdraw to your bank anytime.

Platform commission is built into product prices. Payment gateway fees (Paystack) are standard Nigerian rates. Wallet transactions within Truvano are free. Withdrawal fees may apply depending on your bank.

Security & Safety

Use the Contact page to reach our support team. You can also open a dispute from your order page or report a vendor/listing directly. We investigate all reports and take action within 24-48 hours.

Yes! We use SSL encryption to protect all data transfers. Your payment information is processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers. We never store your card details on our servers.

Vendors undergo KYC verification including ID verification, BVN validation, and address confirmation. Verified vendors display a "Verified" badge, indicating they've completed our trust verification process.
