Contacting service providers safely

Use Chat with Provider to keep a record of the work and quotation. Where available, you can also use Call Provider or Get Directions to a physical business location.

Before external contact details are revealed on web or mobile, read this notice and select I Understand:

Truvano helps customers discover and contact independent service providers. Confirm the provider’s identity, service details, total cost and payment terms before making payment. Payments made directly to a provider are not protected by Truvano escrow.

Check the specific Identity Verified, Business Verified or Address Verified badge shown on the profile. A missing badge must not be treated as verification, and a badge is not a guarantee of service quality. Check completed jobs and Verified Service reviews. Use Report Provider, Block Provider or Report Service when needed; reported reviews can also be moderated.

Product pickup and vendor-arranged delivery

At checkout, choose Pick Up from Vendor or Arrange Delivery with Vendor separately for each vendor in your cart. Read and acknowledge the delivery notice before continuing.

Truvano does not currently provide delivery services or collect a delivery fee at checkout. Agree delivery charges, timing and arrangements directly with the vendor in Truvano Chat. Only the product amount paid through Truvano is protected by Truvano escrow; delivery payments made directly to a vendor or courier may not be protected.

For pickup, choose an available vendor location and check its address and instructions. After successful payment, your private pickup code appears in your order details. Show it only to the vendor at handover. Verifying the code does not release escrow: inspect the product and separately confirm receipt and acceptance.

Optional WhatsApp notifications

When WhatsApp notifications are available, open WhatsApp notification settings, sign in and give consent to use your saved account phone number. Supported updates cover product orders, service requests, quotations, quotation decisions and product payment releases. WhatsApp does not replace your order or request history.

You can switch WhatsApp notifications off in those settings, or reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE. Delivery depends on channel availability and your preferences. In-app updates and supported email or push notifications remain available; SMS marketplace notifications are not currently offered.

Open Truvano to verify a payment or take action on an order or quotation. Do not share your password, payment PIN, access codes or pickup code in response to a notification.

Stay safe with videos, offers and rewards

Open the listing behind a Discover video and verify the product or service details. Videos and popularity counts do not replace verification checks. Use the mobile report action where available, or send the video link to support. Share only content you have permission to publish.

Check a discount against the original price, applicable listing and end date. Do not let a countdown or video pressure you into paying outside product checkout. Confirm any service discount in the written quotation.

Before starting Save & Buy, read fixed or market pricing, the target, any reservation fee and deadlines. Make contributions only through the available Truvano payment screens and verify them in your plan history. Saving a video or wishlisting a product does not reserve it.

Referral rewards can remain pending until eligibility and verification checks are complete. Do not pay someone privately to unlock a reward, buy referrals or share account credentials with anyone claiming to be an account officer.
