How service requests work
Request the service, discuss the work in Truvano Chat, and ask the provider for a written quotation. You can accept it or propose a different price.
After accepting, choose to pay directly to the provider or through Truvano. For Truvano payments, pay the agreed deposit first and the remaining balance later.
Payments made directly to a provider are outside Truvano escrow. If you pay through Truvano, your agreed deposit (up to 80%) is released to the provider to start work and buy materials. A released deposit may not be fully refundable. The remaining balance is paid separately and held until you confirm completion. Raise any problem before releasing the final payment; refunds depend on the work, materials and dispute outcome.
